I had a photo boxed from Fed ex and wanted to sent it elsewhere and they said they had to rebox it for $39 and charge another $52 to ship it. I was able to ship through USPS for a 3 day arrival for $29 packaged as is. Overpriced and charging for unnecessary packaging.

I have probably returned ALL my Amazon returns here. This is my go-to location for that and for shipping! Always super fast and accurate. Store is very tidy. Owners are professional. Prices are fair considering great service.

99% of the time I ever get a package through UPS, there is a problem. I ordered 2 items from the same company, I received one item but not the other… when I checked the tracking number it said they had no updates on the number so I contacted the seller, the seller said that my package was ready for pickup at a UPS location. Since it was the weekend I waited for Monday for the location to open yet apparently my package has been sent back to the sender. I was never contacted to see if I wanted to pick up the package before it was sent back to the sender. Absolutely terrible customer service. Was cut off multiple times and was told to keep calling line 1 and whoever the miserable employee was just kept cutting me off saying the same thing to call line 1 even after I explained it said there were no updates on the number. He was extremely unhelpful and he couldn’t care less.

Very rude and poor service. Was attempting to return an Amazon order and they argued that the original package was needed and it could never be just the item by itself, but offered to sell me a box 🙄 It's a metal trash can, it was sent with the label on it's outside, no box. Then when I returned with a basic box they argued again it wasn't the original packaging. I explained once more the item was literally never in a box. So rather than return it to Amazon in the box I provided they processed it and then literally shipped it to my house with a note that states SHIPPER REQUESTED UPS TO RETURN PACKAGE So I called Amazon myself and that was not the case, they never asked for a box because they didn't send it in a box. Rather than argue with a customer over and over again and demand things that the shipper is not actually asking for, maybe work on your customer service skills and be nice! I will not be back nor recommend you to anyone. I've been to several UPS stores and never received this level of substandard service.
