My husband went in here for a Covid test. He filled out their form. He checked the box that He needed to be tested for public health/ travel. The lady asked him if he had insurance he said yes but he would be paying cash. She said he still should fill in his insurance information and he could possibly get reimbursed. He did. he paid cash got his results and left. He got a call this past week wanting to confirm if he paid cash he said yes, he was asked if his insurance was billed? he said not that I am aware of. Today I got curious. I called our plan and sure enough they billed our insurance even though he paid cash. Then I found the receipt they gave him and his receipt says bill to Covid Uninsured. Our insurance said that is for the uninsured people to be able to get test that have no insurance. We have insurance because they billed it. I called back the person that called and faxed over a copy of the invoice. I guess we will see if they fix it.. Update I can't respond to your review response, I can only edit mine, I am not a former employee and I am sure if you check your records and look at the receipt number you will find it's certainly not a lie. You would not have my name as I said it was my husband, The number on his receipt is 001451. I suggest you check it because I reported to my insurance he paid cash. He was there on 11/1/2021. It is also my understanding the insurance company is going to investigate. Maybe your former employee is who did it. But it did happen.

Went for a fingerprint card since the police stations don’t do them anymore. Great service would recommend. They charged me 20$ to do the prints if you were wondering.

Dreya, you do not bring anything to us at the collection site. If your specimen (urine) needs to go to the lab because you are on a prescription medication, then the lab will test it and determine next steps. If its above that the limits of your drug test panel allows for, then it is send to a MRO or Medical Review Officer eho will contact you to ask about prescriptions. We will not ask you about medications; that's between you and the Medical Review Officer. 911 Drug Testing
Only if the employer requests an Observed. Or if its DOT, and we suspect aldulteration, then we are required to.
