Terrible customer service (there really isn't any). They will charge elderly people more than others and then won't reduce the subscription cost when contacted at "customer service".

For several years I had a digital account that cost me $10.00 per year. I got the digital account in the first place because the home delivery that I had for many years got absolutely terrible. They insisted on keeping my credit card on file. This year, they charged my account $30.00 without my consent or even a discussion. I have been trying for 4 weeks now to get the refund they keep telling me is being issued. When I call, I get promises that my refund is on the way. I have talked to John and JR and all I get are promises. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the way they do business. I am a senior on SSA and I do not have any money to waste. Please send my refund.!

This is to report the worst service of any newspaper I have ever subscribed to. I have not received my Wednesday and Sunday paper for three weeks. Every time I call they promise me a replacement paper . Six papers not received and I am paid up till the end of the month. PROMISES, PROMISES. I feel that my street and my address have been eradicated from the maps. What does it take to get a paper and why is this delivery person not being fired. Horrible, is the word for all of this.
