I was at the hope house which is co ed and they always made me feel safe and had a no tolerance policy to any threats or unsafe roommates. The staff is very dedicated and alot of them have been through the same things and are in long term recovery. I took so much away from the program and suggest anyone to stay as long as you can to get the most out of the program. Freddy,Jeaine and Ryder where so dedicated to my recovery and I'll never forget all the love and support I got from them. Barb the nurse is a God send she is phenomenal. I've been trying to get my medical records relased to my lawyer just saying I was there last year. I've asked multiple people I get the run around. Court is sep 25th. I will change my review once I get my medical records relased to my lawyer.

Emerald isle was a truly life changing experience. I walked through the doors a trainwreck and through the process of introspective group therapies coupled with New Solutions 12 step approach to recovery, found a true understanding of not only who I am as a man, but how that man can be a presence and conduit for the recovery of others. I am now not only a former client of this program but a certified peer recovery support specialist who aides others in healing now that I've moved forward. A standout group of men and women across the board who use a comprehensive, compassionate and accountability based approach to recovery.

I reached out to EIHR, looking to see if they are accepting new patients for therapy and received a call from Peter within 2 hours. He spoke to me about what I am dealing with and what services Emerald provides to patients. Even though they do not offer exactly what I need, Peter took extra time to help me find resources to further my search. He was caring, patient, and understanding of my situation and instead of telling me "nope, we don't do that, BYE", he suggested possible resolutions for my situation. He sked me to follow up with him to make sure I am okay and he said he would help me if I wanted it. WHAT!?!? Who does that!? Give this man a RAISE! He went above and beyond! I may not have any experience at this client directly but if the initial phone call is this amazing, I am sure the rest of the staff is glorious!

I have a couple of questions is this a detox and rehabilitation center? Will myself and my fiance both be welcomed to go in together? Will my government insurance pay for both detox and living situation? And is there a chance to get picked up after I enroll?
