That would be a "Registration Loan", and unfortunately we only do title loans and pawn loans (loans against items of value other than a vehicle -- like gold, jewelry or electronics). Registration loans are typically more expensive than title loans and pawn loans.
To make a title loan you would need: ID, Proof of Income, Proof of Address, Vehicle Title, and (while not a document), you would need to bring the vehicle with you.
We can buy out other loans, but unfortunately we don't offer registration loans.
The title would have to be in your name for you to get a loan.

We could refinance your loan if you don't have a clear title, but we don't make registration loans.
