Typical retail establishment. Staff is friendly, when you can locate them. I don't spend much time in these places but the kids like art and art supplies, so here we are. Not great, not horrible. Lady at the register was super friendly.

Yes, as long as you have your pet either on a leash or in something so you have control in case something were to happen (especially with another Michael's guest) and that you'd be responsible for cleaning up after your pet if he/she leaves something behind. (Actually happened in the store before). Yes, Michael's is pet friendly. 😉
