If you have business in Tea SD, this is the place to stay. Friendly staff, clean & nice rooms. Quiet. Breakfast was typical of this level hotel, decent, but quite basic. My only complaint is simply the bath soap they provide. The worst I've ever experienced! And they do not provide the rooms with shampoo, unlike most other "better" hotels. So up your personal care products GrandStay, and you'll clean up with travelers...

We decided to stay here based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed. The property is wonderful in every area--building, rooms, pool. The breakfast was comparable to most hotels nowadays. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice hotel and room at a reasonable price.

The location to national monuments and parks is good. The breakfast was good and the staff are nice. The rooms are decent but, there aren't any room darkening shades or curtains. We had a lot of light shining on us all night. The TV needs to be fixed. The color is faded on the screen.

Overall very quality clean rooms. With nice decor and comfortable rooms. In fact on the trip I opted to sleep in the bathtub because the people I was traveling with for a school trip would not go to sleep. I went to the front desk and asked for a queen comforter and a pillow. The lady was accommodating and I slept perfectly. The pool was amazing too. Very large, and not too much chlorine. Breakfast in the morning was nice. The design of the hotel was very nice as well, and I appreciate interior design.
