Went in for an appointment we had waited over a month for. Filled out paperwork. The lady named Rosemary working behind the counter was very rude. We did not get to see the dentis because my daughter’s insurance was not accepted there. Rosemary needs to work on her customer service skills. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a medical/dental office.

We loved all of the staff at Dr Ron's office. They made my daughter so comfortable by explaining everything before they did it, in terms she could understand and relate to. I wish they saw adults!

Not sure you would need to call. I have regular insurance so I wouldn't know.
As far as I am aware, they do not. They are not in network with any provider. If your dental insurance has out of network coverage they can file for you. But you will pay upon service rendered and get a check back for the covered amount
We just got in as new patients, so I would say yes.
Xrays and cleaning was 235.00 no insurance for us. However totally worth it, Dr Ron is amazing and my daughter loves going to see him!!
