Well, after years with Winn-Dixie pharmacy, Maurice and Vicky went to work elsewhere, and it's not a pharmacy you'd like to go to anymore. Staff has been changed at least twice since Maury and Vicky are gone, it's getting only worse. My bet would be that working conditions are not that great since the pharmacy employee turnover is so high lately. I believe they only have one pharmacist left now, probably without any help - I could not reach them for three days. Pharmacy doesn't update their vaccines availability on the website. Went to two after making an appointment online, second appointment - after pharmacist confirmed that they had CoVID-19 Moderna booster, only to be turned away because they did not have it in stock. No phone call or text from them to cancel neither. Arrrgh

I do not work there but I believe they are able to do that but it could be based on an insurance issue but it's possible that they would do that being that one time they didn't have enough of my medicine so they gave me what they had and I picked up the rest when I got their shipment if that helps at all also that was with the past Pharmacy manager so things could be different however the pharmacy now has a great staff Beth is still there and no pharmacist she's fantastic and the floating pharmacist and has been there is also fantastic I really do appreciate Winn-Dixie pharmacy and the pharmacist and the staff that work there. They do become very busy and it's very hard for them to do multiple things that they are asked to with minimal Staffing but I have spoken two staff I've been told that things are only going to improve and snapping is going to improve they are just looking for the right btwi would not switch pharmacies personally oh, they have a very wonderful staff

They are going through a transition right now for your comment about good luck getting them on the phone I actually spoke to them about that in person when I picked up my prescriptions they were in a big transitional phase because both pharmacist Maury and Vicky parted ways, since then they've had several floating pharmacist with the only one being there was Beth from the original staff. Now they have a permanent pharmacist and she is phenomenal and so is Beth they now have a floating pharmacist as a secondary she's a very nice woman as well the permanent pharmacist again is phenomenal and I believe they are just waiting to hire a pharmacy manager at this point so it's basically been hectic for them. I find the best time to call them is mid-morning or about an hour before closing but they have been answering the phones they went a week where it was spotty but definitely understandable due to all the sudden changes just wanted to update everybody take care
