About a year ago I wrote a review giving a 1 star rating. Shortly after leaving the review, we communicated and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, I do not know and still do not know how to remove the negative review as it does not show in my google account. I have since returned to Razor Sharp and service has been GREAT!
