Kleen. Attendants were friendly and helpful. Very crowded with abt a 20 minute wait for washer and dryer. They said Sunday is the most busy day for them.

Worst experience at a laundromat in the 60 years of my life. Sunday afternoon ( 04/03/22 ). A woman got mad because my girlfriend pushed a cart away from a folding table that was not in use so we could fold our clothes. This woman said it was her cart and she was saving the table to fold her clothes...which were not dry yet. So we got into it verbally and a heated arguement began. Your employee kept telling me to be quiet but nothing to the woman. She was obviously scared of this woman because she never explained to her she could not "hold a table " that she did not need at the moment. We folded our 4 loads at another table and left before this woman's clothes were even dry. I am a white man and the woman was black. I was discriminated against because your employee did not have the guts to stand up to her and make her follow the simple rules of every laundromat...share the space and carts. I will never be back. We were surrounded by blacks and mexicans but we are from Memphis so I am not scared of anybody regardless of their race. But your scared little white girl is NOT doing you any favors. We will never come back.

Angela is awesome. I just drop my clothes off and in 3hrs there ready to pick up. Parking is tight and they are always busy

No More Dirty, Inc.

It was my first time in this laundromat. Terrible customer service. Older lady was rude, nasty comments and when asking about the time for the dryer usage she didn't want to answer. I realize these are tough times but it is imperative that employee hired be cordial at least and pleasant dispositions. In fact, two other customers saw how I was handled and left.
