Let me start by saying that I'm now 48 yrs old and been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since 1978 when I remember my first time and I ordered 3 to 6 times a week from the Bob Wallace location and when that store closed in 1999 I started going to governors Dr and all of a sudden they closed around 2016 so even though it's at least a 25 minute round trip to go to university dr I love their pizza that much so I'd go HOWEVER the last 3 times we've tried to get a decent pizza it's been a train wreck ! The last 3 have been cold,the toppings were minimal and under cooked and not to mention the employees were rude and hateful and has been a horrible experience. I remember we'd have small birthday parties there and all kinda fun stuff at the bob wallace location years ago and several times we would drink for 3 or 4 hours after we ate but not here, Its not that kinda friendly environment anymore ! After a year or so I figured today we'd try @ University so I place the order online and it said it would be ready in 10 to 20 minutes so tell me why my 70 yr old mother is still sitting inside @ university Dr location 42 minutes after i originally placed the online order because apparently someone forgot to put the pizza in the oven ?? PIZZA HUT UNIVERSITY DRIVE WE ARE DONE WITH YOU South parkway has been cooking fantastic pizzas for me for the past year so ill continue to go twice as far for great pizza how it should be. I can't believe this location is still in business ? It's pathetic what you get for what it costs ! Very minimal toppings, just stopped together and to make it worse they removed it from the oven before the cheese had even melted and the pork sausage was still raw in the middle. UNBELIEVABLE 😡🤬🤮

Horrible experience! Pizza was burnt, they couldn't even slice it. Waste of time and money. Not edible.

During the 50+ years of dealing with pizza restaurants, the was the WORST experience of all time!! I placed an online order for wings at 8:06pm Wednesday 09/22/21. The Pizza Hut website replied the order was confirmed. I then used the tracker to follow the progress. It stated the order had been received and was being processed with a delivery time of 23-33 minutes. After an hour without an delivery, I called the phone number listed. I was hung up on twice and the third time, all they wanted to do was have me contact corporate. I then drove down to the location listed on my order to find a sheet of paper taped to the door stating the restaurant closes at 8pm on Wednesday. Nothing on the website said the location was closed, tracking showed the order accepted and was in process and my card was charged $31.34. So now I have been charged for food that has not been delivered. The resolution I want is for my card to be credited for the purchase amount since this was charged to my corporate card and could cause an accounting nightmare. I am severely disappointed with the performance and ignorance of this Pizza Hut transaction!!
