Too expensive! Why get a membership here, when you can utilize the community fitness rooms at the community rec centers for sooooo much cheaper? Community rec centers allow day passes to use fitness centers for only $3.00 dollars a day or $30.00 dollars a month! Excellent price! Cheaper than the YMCA even! It's far better to support the community centers than some monopoly company that doesn't give much, if anything, back to support our communities growth and development.

The dirtiest gym I’ve ever been to. I understand you get what you pay for and that Planet Fitness probably has a policy that forbids staff from cleaning, but the locker rooms and bathrooms have literally never been cleaned. There’s mold growing on the water fountain, hair all over the shower drains, and water in the treadmill drink holders. Also, even when no one inside it’s always like 80 degrees in there, which makes it hard to run, evidenced by condensation dripping down on all the windows throughout the year. Except the men’s locker room is weirdly like 50 degrees because the a/c is going non stop in there.

I tried this again and this location is the worst, no employees are at the front desk ever. The women locker room is filthy, the showers u have to bring your own cleaning supplies to get the hair out of the shower and disinfect the shower….. absolutely the worst planet fitness I’ve been too.

24.99 for a black card. Which gives you access to other PFs and all of the amenities. The one in Fridley has a body wave bed(I'm not sure if that's the correct name but that's what I call it). You lay on the bed and it's like a water bed. It shoots high pressure water up and down your body...so relaxing after a hard workout! Plus with the Black card you get discounts on gas, shoes, all sorts of things. The basic plan I think is in the teens dollar wise.

You will need a checking account or credit card to pay the monthly membership fee. You will also need enough optimism to believe you will go to the gym enough to make the cost worthwhile.
The sunray location closes at 8pm on Saturdays. All Planet Fitness locations are closed on Easter.
