Natasha is so rude and out of line she needs to not work with people she's absolutely awful a customer service extremely rude she thinks she's a know-it-all just buy her ugly energy for some reason she always wants to be in the mix I don't want to talk to you but for some reason you want to talk to me how about we don't talk to each other you do your job and let somebody else help me that I could tolerate because you clearly don't know how to treat customers with the proper respect

Well went there again to pawn my Xbox because I'm a little short on cash and Jose, the manager was rude yet again when I tried to haggle. He not only cut me off when I tried to mention I had a signed shift knob, signed by all the formula drift drivers, but he got aggressive verbally because he thought I was just asking for more money. I understand in the past I had a bad reputation for not buying back my things. But he doesn't need to get the attitude. My situation has changed and I feel disrespected each time I deal with him.

It's hard to say, it really seems random on what they will and won't take. I think it depends on a few different factors, like brand of the tool and even which cashier you get. If the tool sells for a decent amount ($75 or so minimum) then they will most likely take it if it isn't super obscure.

I would recommend calling ahead, they do have a small section for jewelry and I believe I've seen bags there, but although I used to enjoy this location they became very snotty pricks and due to that I've stopped doing business with that location in particular, they'll offer you $20 for $300 worth of tools in like new condition lol
