This place is a joke. No one's ever here to help you out with anything nobody returns your calls for days on end come on people pull yourself together people spend too much money to be going through this it's too hot for it to be sitting in front of a storage place waiting for somebody that's supposed to be at work to help you.

I wouldn’t go to them. There are 2 other store options next door and down the block. Go to them. Firstly, Very poor service and management. They will consistently raise your rent steadily, hoping that you will not notice. They have bad business practices to steal your money.

Everything was alright to start. But with rates going up, we didn’t want to store our belongings here anymore. When we moved out our belongings and scheduled our move-out date, personnel were not present on the premises to help us and service after our scheduled move-out date was less than poor. They are not even available!

Never had an issue in the year that I used this location. Clean, organized and friendly! Special shout-out to Lisa for being SO helpful when we were coordinating our move out of the unit, over the phone, from another state! She is an awesome property manager and I would trust her with all my belongings again!!
