What a bad place! Try to call them many times today and this lady Denine is so rude! I have a covid situation at my home and she did not care to explain if they can handle something like that or i have to go to Eureka. You know, i want to be prepared. So disappointed with this place, lots of attitude for nothing. I just want my husband to be able to get thru this virus if he gets any complications.

Terrible. Treated like trash by receptionist, first thing. I asked to see a doctor. Instead I got seen by a p.a3. not a doctor. Bad diagnosis, over prescribed harmful medicine, forgot who I was the second time I went in; he didn't even read my file. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

I had to miss an appointment for the birth of my child and now I am not allowed to make appointments. I was told that I would have to wait in the office and hope that someone cancels if I want to be seen and there was no guarantee I would be seen. The service at this facility has declined to the point that it is not worth trying to go here. The staff is a mix of decent people and very rude individuals that will treat you like a criminal if they decide they don't like you. The clinic has a very hard time keeping good workers because of how poorly they are treated, but there are still good hardworking people there. It is a shame to see how far this clinics quality has fallen after they expanded to other sites to try and stay afloat. I would advise that you find a different office and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this institution. I hope that this clinics focus will return to the patients and the quality of care they deserve. I know many people in the community that feel this way, I hope it changes for the better.

Like the dental services i receive. Wait time for appointment is long at times but the nurses, dentist, and front desk people are really nice to me.
