I guess due the lack of things on shelf is a result the Supply Chain problem it was sold out. The woman who helped my friend with the coffee was nice.

Today at 11.45 Francine (says on receipt) was rude and it wasn't the first time. She didn't care to clarify what didn't go through WIC that we could just leave there, then she misculculated something and demanded to give her $5 but we had only 20 and refused to take 20 insisting we have to give her 5. I'm honestly afraid of going to the store simply because I will have to have a lot of stress again if she is the only cashier. Does she hate women or babies? Or both? I can blame on a bad day once but not when it is on a regular basis.

If you're planning on getting some cheese and meat there, make sure you have at least 40 minutes for the trip, because waiting at the Deli takes forever (regardless there are people or not in line). You might be the only one customer and will still wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to pay attention to you. When you finally get this attention they will most likely tell you that they are closed (even if it's before 8pm when usually they close). They have been closing departments whenever they want due to lack of people (like they say), but at least put notes or signs and let customers know what the working hours are, otherwise they come for no reason! Bakery was empty in the middle of the day too and I was told there was no one to help me with a cake, because the employee left (4pm)?! Better go to Safeway in the Marina!!!

They took away the bell pepper in deli. They say they can't order bell peppers for the deli. Other Safeway's have bell peppers in the deli. What's up with this! The grease they cook with in the deli is old. The fried chicken is over cooked in old grease as well as other fried foods. Need to fix these issues. Now they open at 6am. But nothing in the deli is ready for customers and they are opening late after 6am.
