Hello my name is Sherri Hocutt. I am a tenent here at shepard green apartments. I was very excited when I first moved here one year ago. The managment seemed to help when neede. Now the managment is not helpful at all. Only on small things. I had an emegancy which was roches I had to wait for 3 days. Also the managment lied about the day in which the exterminator was to come out. The elevators are not clean. The garbage area is always dirty. And in rhis time of pademic we as Seniors need more cleaniness. We would have recommended this place but not at this moment. Thank you in advance please look into this matter.

Was excited at first but not a safe relaxing place for seniors. Management very poor. This is a high drug area. No security and doors are left opened and unlocked by tenants and visitors. There have been 9 smoke alarms this year. There are people here with mental issues. We were lied to about a lot of things just to hurry and fill place up. I'm paying more rent here in senior complex than I was in any age complex and I have less.
