Very clean and knowledgeable. Came in with a sick dog and no appointment this morning. Dr was very helpful and took Buddy in. Very thankful for the caring dr and helpful staff.

We have an 12 year old rescue cat, he was a feral kitten when we got him. He has been the best cat ever.we noticed some issues and got with Dr potter at Alcona animal clinic. They diagnosed him with end stage kidney failure and said we do not have much time left with him. They were very through and compassionate toward our beloved cat and us. They are and have done all that can be done. Unfortunately we didn't know his history as he was abandoned by his mother very early in life and Dr Potter said he has probably had this for years. Thank you Alcona Animal Clinic for what you have do e for us.

Have to go on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for first timers.(like us). Arrive an hour early!!! 8:30am to 9:30am You can then get appointment for any follow up. Price is worth the wait

Yes walk in only.. like 830am to 930 then 4pm to 530 Wednesday office don't have walk ins. I would call just to make sure
