I wanted to do an updated review on here. I recently had to go here for multiple stool collection tests and the lady that helped me was so nice and cheerful. She took all of the awkwardness away from the process and gave me really clear directions. I was in and out really quick and I felt relieved after leaving. I wish I could have gotten her name because she deserved a raise!

I go there often and never have a bad experience until today. The lady that did my blood work was rude and unprofessional. I don't know her name but she was in room #1 and just showed up for work at 11:45 to help identify her. She's barely spoke a word to me, and when she went to take my blood she didn't try very hard to look for a good vein just stuck the needle in. I said it hurt really bad but she said it was all mental because she didn't do it hard. I stick myself with needles every week for medication, and get my blood drawn often and it never hurts so to be told it's mental was unprofessional. It's only been 20 minutes since my appointment and I can barely move my arm and there is already swelling and a big bruise which I normally don't get so it wasn't all mental. It hurt because she was careless, had no bedside manner and was in a rush. I am frustrated because of how I was treated and now I'll be in pain for a few days when I shouldn't have to be because of her actions. Also I didn't realize until I got home and checked my email that she set me up for auto pay which I did not consent to! I usually will just pay the bill online to make sure there is no discrepancies in insurance so I do not like auto pay.
