We enjoyed our weekend here. Amber was a hoot! (Owner/operator) friendly, kind and helpful. It is a small camp ground that they are making improvements since they acquired the place. Sites are clean and we had plenty of room with our 32 ft TT. Pet friendly. It's 20 mins south of Alpena, MI. Check them out when your up that way. We will stay there again. And say hello to Paul Bunyan and Babe down the road. Happy camping!

From the reservation phone call, to the waves goodbye, Amber, staff and other campers provided our family with a wonderful experience. Although the campground is currently under daily renovations, the family atmosphere remains. The entire staff is working together along with campers to create what I predict will be one of the top family campgrounds in the area(if it isn't number one already!) Life jackets, bikes, rakes, even ibuprofen was readily available. If you want a hands on family fun getaway this is the spot. Thanks for having us! The kids can't wait to return, neither can we.

Owners are super awesome. Checked to see how everything was going. You dont get caring hosts very often. We were camping in the more rustic area. It was one of the fun weekends we ever had as a group of multiple campers. We will be back again for sure

We haven’t camp in 20 + years and we just loved our stay here. The owners were awesome. The other guests were all respectful and super friendly. The pool was fantastic. Our site was perfectly located, backing to the woods with water and electric. The bathroom were cleaned a couple times a day. (very important to us) Apparently the owners are newer and it is apparent they are fixing things up little by little. We will definitely be back. If there was a wish list to suggest things, I’d suggest: An ice machine, a gift shop for t-shirts and treats, because I would have bought some. LOL. The wood they sell is awesome!!! Ranger Lady was fantastic. We felt so welcomed. Thank you for the memories. Tina and Brian
