New Bern ave location have some rude barbers. I sat and waited with my boyfriend to get his haircut and the way they talk to some customers is very rude. 1 guy was noticeably annoyed by a walk-in customer simple question. Even though the cut came out nice he decided not to come to this location anymore. The wait even after making an appointment was long. And my boyfriend noticed the price has changed since he was last there a month prior.

Some of the barbers at this location need to work on their customer service skills. Many of them are rude and need to learn to speak to your paying customers in a decent manner. After the way I was spoke to today I would never come to this location again. Do better !!!!

I’ve been to this shop a few times and got a great haircut with Marquis. My girlfriend says I look the best when he cuts my hair. Kudos to him. The manager is very unprofessional. The first time I experienced it was for a 9am appointment. I waited outside with the barber until the manager arrived to let us in. Upon his arrival, I inquired as to why there is an appointment availability for 9am if the shop is not open and ready for business. The manager’s response was “when Marquis becomes a master barber or manager, then he can let you in on time”. I was flabbergasted by his unprofessionalism. My most recent experience wasn’t the worst but this manager tends to have ignorant responses to simple questions. He comes across very disrespectful. I’m new to Raleigh and nothing but great things about the owners of the Billionaires franchise, but this manager is not a reflection of that.
