Dealer would need the serial number to the radio to get the code. This can easily be obtained by holding the #1 and #6 while turning the radio power on. The serial number should pop up (eight digits).
If it is fixable, you can go to any tire place and fix it for 10 to 20 dollars. If you got the hole close to the edge of the tire or on the side, you have to replace the tire. Now according to your pocket and the conditions of the other tires you can choose a used tire or a new tire.
