We were severly disappointed in this Cracker Barrel. We were seated in an acceptable amount of time. The waitress took our order and got our drinks in an acceptable amount of time. Keeping tea in the glasses was an issue. We waited 54 minutes for our food, then when it got there it was missing some sides. We were told we were waiting on biscuits, and that they were in the oven. We never got our biscuits and the okra seemed like it had been sitting for sometime. When we finished eating I asked for a to go box and watched her give the family over from us their biscuits in a to go box even though they came in after us. We never got our biscuits before we left even though they are supposed to be included. It seemed like the waitress paid more attention to those who looked like she could get a bigger tip from than us, not that we were dressed bad just casual dress. I informed them it was our first and last visit there. I have never been so disappointed and upset with service as I was this time. I also watched them put up the booster seat holder without wiping it down and with all the sickness going around parents make sure if you stop by here to take antibacterial wipes in and wipe your little ones seat down good.

The food was absolutely delicious and there was more than enough for the two of us. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. The hostess and servers were extremely friendly. They made sure that we had plenty of sweet tea at all times while we were eating. I even had plenty of leftovers that I took home and was able to eat the next day. It was a very nice experience.

Good food, good service, and a clean restaurant. The wait was short to be seated and the food came out quickly. A country music celebrity sat in the corner and enjoyed a Saturday morning meal relatively undisturbed. The restaurant is immediately off the interstate and easy to access. We'll be back.

Mostly good southern cooking. The country fried chicken was very good, you get 4 whole pieces. Mashed potatoes were not cooked enough with big pieces of potatoes that were not done. All in all you can't beat cracker barrel for good down home cooking.
