While this review is not about the service of this location but how a situation was handled by Enterprise. I rented a vehicle with Florida tags for a little over a month. Only put on 200 miles. Today I received a Toll bill for Florida. I called and unfortunately they can't access. They gave me one number and no answer. Called again got a new number. That person tells me I have to call Florida highway! So I call back and manager gave me corporate number. I am awaiting call back. While the bill was only for $5, it is the principal. Someone at Enterprise saw my mileage and obviously knows I was not in Florida. Management should just credit me and the customer should not have to make 6 calls to get resolved.
