I love having Dr. Spratt Turner as mt doctor but made my decision today to find a new Dr office because the staff at this office is absolutely terrible, rude and just not want I want to deal with when I'm not feeling well. I'm not sure if Dr S.T knows this but if she does I'm surprised she hasn't found new staff.

It was being being of quarantine - early April. Dr. Spratt-Turner insisted I come I’m immediately (next morning) for a routine physical including blood. Having no issues, I resisted but when Dr S-T tells you to do something, you do it. Turns out I had prostate cancer and not a little. Today, New Years Eve, after biopsies and surgery I got the call I’m 100 cured. If Dr. S-T didn’t insist personally, I’d likely not gone yet. What can you say about a person who says your life. God bless you Dr., your family, and your wonderful staff. I’m sure there are other good doctors, but there’s no better family doctor and her team.

Took a while to think about this review, so this is not heat of the moment anger. Pretty bad experience all around, and I'm young so my standards are not that high. Staff seemed stressed and unorganized when I arrived. Dr. Spratt-Turner seemed to really want to rush through my appointment, and talked over myself trying to explain my situation repeatedly. As I was checking-out Dr. Spratt-Turner came to the front desk and started yelling at her employee's about something that was obviously a personal issue and not necessarily a workplace issue. Tension throughout the place was very high. This would not be so bad in itself, but I had to go for external testing, with the results being then sent back to Dr. Spratt-Turner's office to relay to myself. The office took over nine business days (they said it should take 3-4 days) to get me my results, and they only did this because I called them first. The employee who I spoke with then did not fully read through my results and informed me I was fully negative. Then, the next day Dr. Spratt-Turner sends me a message through their client portal informing me that I am in fact, positive. I communicate my confusion to her as I had been told I was negative. She then simply and bluntly stated that I was in-fact positive with no form of apology in a one sentence portal message. Overall, unprofessional office, uninterested doctor, screwed up relaying important and life-affecting information to myself, and an inconsistent phone messaging system to boot.

My fiance was in the process of becoming a new patient and I had to follow up with them regarding a few things. Nobody ever answered or returned my messages after 2 weeks of constantly calling so he went up there in person and mentioned that nobody ever answers the phones and they completely ignored that comment. If it's this difficult to become a new patient I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be after becoming a patient and needing medical attention. 🤷
