I was searching for a Rav4 Prime during these crazy car market times. I probably spoke to at least 20 plus salespeople from different dealerships before coming across Hans Blom from Bill Kidd’sToyota. From the first phone call, I was blown away at how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Hans was. I put down a deposit, and he went above and beyond answering all of my many questions and keeping me informed of what cars they had coming in. He even answered my questions on his days off! Hans is truly a gem, which is hard to find these days. He puts 100% effort into his work to make sure the customer is fully satisfied from beginning to end. Although my circumstances changed and I didn’t end up getting a vehicle from this dealership, I still need to give credit where credit is due. This place is heightened because of one person in particular. Donna Hale The finance person. She work so hard to ensure that I gotta deal that was going to fit my family. We ended up leaving with a beautiful hybrid vehicle. We’re so appreciative of her efforts and coordination with the cell staff. The facilities are current and everyone seems to be accommodating so far.
