It's incredible how long it takes to get through to a person. So far, I've never made it long enough to actually talk to someone. I'm on my third try in 2 weeks and I'm currently over 1.5 hours. The only logical conclusions are that no one works there, their phone system doesn't work, or they just don't answer their phones. It's incredibly frustrating.

Literally can’t get not a single person on the phone and wonder why people can’t get the help they need. Need to hire all new staff better yet a whole new company.

Usually within 24-48hrs someone should've contacted him and once he speaks to someone(if approved for expedited) the benefits will be on his card at least that has been MY experience

Do I need to make an appointment for talk to an agent for a case?

No appointment needed, they do offer walk ins. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon around 1 pm and it was dead in there 3 weeks ago.. One other person in the office other than the case workers. I picked up my benefits card and walked out. No appt needed. You do have wear a mask or at least 3 weeks ago when I was there you had to have a mask on. Hope that helped.
