Lets just say I wasn't pleased.

Yet another location I was going to take my business to. If you are going to post a phone for the location then it better go to the location and not a call center where all they care about is upgrading you and not listening to what you want. I needed to schedule a appt with the manager to get a corp account. We need to get 25-40 phones and lines. Well I guess I will find a company who really wants the business. Because VZW is failing badly in the customer service industry. Get your customer service where it should be. And treat the customers right.

We recently upgraded 5 phones. I worked with Jacob and Kiet on different occasions for different issues and they were both very helpful and resolved our issues. Great customer service.
