I love this office!! I was referred by a friend year ago when my son was around 3years old, (who is now 17)but I never made an appointment. Then one day my daughter had an accident in the shower where her front top three teeth had to be removed back in maybe 2010/11 and we have continued to love and appreciate the care we received all the way from front desk to the clinic.

THE BEST Pediatric Dentist Practice In North AND South Carolina! My 10yo looks forward to going so he can find out which tooth the fairy is comming for next. Bedside manner is AWESOME. No papoose boards or screaming kids Being held down with drills coming at them...their approach is warm and gentle. It really is saying a lot for me to say that my son enjoys going. He has teeth that dont get loose, so he has had 8 or more extracted, plus 1 filling, and still gets excited to see his x-rays. Carousel Dentistry is a prime example of a strong, professionally run business who treats its clients like a community family.

Questions & Answers

The reviews speak very well of this place. I need a good place that gives confidence to my 3-year-old son. I have a question, is there a Spanish interpreter in this place?

Benjamin Flemr | Oct 11, 2021

Yes, we have fluent Spanish-speaking staff at the front desk and directly involved in patient care. We also use a phone-based interpreter service that covers many more languages. We would love to have your family at our office, so please feel free to call or text us any time!

What causes periodontal diseases?

Carousel Dentistry | Feb 13, 2022
Carousel Dentistry | Feb 13, 2022

Poor oral hygiene. But more specifically, plaque is the primary cause of periodontal disease. Plaque is a buildup of harmful bacteria and acids. When this plaque isn't removed due to poor oral hygiene and/or avoiding professional dental cleanings, it hardens and turns into calculus. This causes gingivitis, an irritation and inflammation of your child's gums. If left untreated, gingivitis turns into periodontitis, causing pockets between their teeth and gums that fill with bacteria. Carousel Dentistry | Feb 13, 2022

Missing one tooth, let alone more, can cause a host of problems. This includes difficulty chewing, speech impairment, bite changes, jaw pain, adjacent teeth shifting to the gap followed by other teeth moving out of place, premature aging, sunken facial appearance, lowered confidence, and more. Luckily, there are multiple options for replacing missing teeth. Contact us for a consultation: https://www.childrensdentistnc.com/services/crowns-and-bridges/.
