I’m never satisfied when I visit the hobby lobby in McGowin Park. But I shop there out of convenience since I am so close to that store. The associates are rude and getting them to help you is like pulling teeth. I went to the store today for some Bulldog clips, but ended up finding a small pair on a random shelf. I wanted to inquire about a different size, so I proceeded to ask an associate and she responded with a snarky comment saying, “if we have anymore they would be in the same place you got those.” She was so unprofessional and I had to end up finding the other clips myself. Usually I brush stuff like this off, because I work retail part-time and I know how stressful work can be, but even then, I’ve always went above and beyond for the customers. This store needs better workers and training in customer service.
