I reserved a truck and auto transport trailer at this location in April for a one-way move in July. 4 days before my move, after I have paid a deposit on movers, and a non-refundable hotel, they told me they would not have the truck and trailer available at this location before my move-day. They told me I would have to go an to the Roosevelt blvd location for the truck and all the way to langhorne for the trailer, on the day my movers were scheduled. This messed up my entire plan, and I asked for a discount, which they promised me about $340 off (make the rental a flat $1000). When I went to the pickup locations, both refused to give me the discount. I am now fighting with the customer support to get a refund.

The Roxborough location was the best experience I have ever had with U-Haul. The service was fast and friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes both on the pick-up and return. I had a problem while out with the trailer and they were responsive and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience - Thank you!
