I recently stayed here with my dog. Jordan was the kind, friendly, and helpful lady who checked us in. She was awesome! Upon entering the room it smelled fresh and clean and I didn’t see any evidence that it wasn’t clean. However, the rooms definitely need some maintenance. It is evident they have done quick fixes for caulking, patching, and paint, and it just looks cheap. It was unfortunate that there was no designated area for me to walk my dog or area where they had pet waste bags, but luckily I had my own. The breakfast spread was quite large and very good. Overall I had a great stay, but there definitely needs to be maintenance updates to the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly and professional staff. This property is poorly maintained. The shower had mold and it appears they tried to use bathroom caulk to hide it, however the mold was very visible. The rooms were not cleaned daily, only the linen was replaced in the room. Not certain when a vacuum was used in that room! Very disappointed and will never book again and will make certain that my friends and relatives NEVER book at this hotel!

One night stay was okay but I do not recommend this property. Location is good and building is the newer style LaQuinta but this hotel has been used hard and not maintained. Elevator broke after we got upstairs and remained out of service for our stay. Carpet was dirty and badly snagged in several places. Baseboard in bathroom was falling off and just laying in the floor. Floor tiles in elevator were broken with pieces just laying there. Overall cleanliness was fair. Two stars for location and fair enough for an overnight.

Positive: Nice location and the staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared clean. Negative: Room was rather dirty. Carpet felt sticky, dust in the corners of the bathroom, dirty walls, rusting shower, mold on bottom of shower curtain, chipping paint on doors/mouldings, dust on mirror, loose shower valve.
