They picked up the trailer I had on back of cart because a wheel locked up. They said it needed new bearings. I had to call 3 times in a week to finally find out the status. They said they had to order the part. I called a fourth time and they said they had to weld something and that it would be $200 - $300. They started welding before telling me this. I said ok because a new trailer costs about $450. I waited a few more days and called back and they said it was over $500!!! I talked the owner I think and he said he had to do more welding than he thought. I asked him why he didn't talk to me first before he did this. He said he called but I was gone for the day. He should have waited to talk to me first and explain this. He got extremely rude on the phone when I asked for a warranty. He said I insulted him. He insulted me by doing unapproved work. When I told them this he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Watch yourselves. Make sure you get a quote in writing if you use him. I will use Louisiana Carts in Monroe from now on. This place is a scam rip off place!!!
