ED Receptionists are always rude and disrespectful. They can barely read and will purposely mispronounce your name in an attempt to aggravate patients. Radiology Technicians will immediately give you a nasty attitude if you’re in too much pain to move from the stretcher to a wheelchair.

Currently sitting in the ER waiting room with severe abdominal pain it's so bad it hurts to sit walk heck it hurts to do anything so far I have been waiting over 2 hours will never come back here again...and to top it off the nurse i had left a tube of my blood on the chair he threw it there from across the room

This is Donna's fiance MICHAEL! I'm physically and mentally beat down by this hospital! I have been BULLIED by "CASE MANAGEMENT "CARA and her team have more damage to Me in the past 54 days than I have suffered in my 52 years on this planet! They have drove a wedge between me and "next if kin" that I'm limited to 1 hour a day and case management won't return my calls for help!Nor will patient non- advocate (Brianna) they know I have mental health issues and physical limitations! I literally have PTSD from this hospital! I called James Cooke several times With no responses! TOWER HEALTH there are alot of 1 star reviews and we're forced to give you that ! Mine and alot more would be in the negative ! I need Help in his issue who do I call and Please don't respond back to call the only patient non advocate after read all the other 1 star reviews it seems like she is busy!

This rating and review goes to the eyes of the CEO of the Pottstown Hospital. I was and am upset on the way my family was treated.

I am guessing you mean the lab. During the week, it should open around 7 but you really should schedule an appointment if you don't want to spend hours waiting. Also, your insurance copays could be way less at Quest or LabCorp and your insurance may not even cover outpatient lab draws at a hospital lab. Check with your insurance member services 800 number to be sure of your coverage.
They don't care about the patients or their families . They are just there for a pay check. Think the staff needs to be treated like they treat the patients and their families
You can call 610-327-7431 and ask to speak with a patient advocate.
The address is 1600 E high street 19464, GPS can help with the direction.
