We drove 10 hours to get to our hotel for memorial weekend/a wedding. Our room had an awful moldy smell. The bathroom door did not close, the sink did not drain, and there was a blood stain on the pillow. We asked to speak to a manager and requested a different room. We were informed that there was a roof leak two doors down and there was mold as a result, so it was possible that the mold had traveled to our room. Our next room seemed better but when we went to shower noticed hair all over the shower/floor along with stuff on the shower walls. We went back down to talk with the manager who was gone. Instead we talk to another girl and asked that she either send someone to clean the room or send cleaning supplies for us to deal with it.. neither happened. We just used our towels/hot water. We complained the following morning and they told us they would give us points.. after a long discussion, we were refunded for one of the nights. I called to discuss with the complaint number because mold is a serious issue and was told that management would be calling within 3 days to issue a full refund for the absolutely horrible experience. I never got a call.

Service was ok. Breakfast was horrible. If you plan on leaving early in the a.m. for the airport and don't have a rental be prepared to miss your flight or be late. Uber and Lyft are non-existent until around 7am. Hotel does not offer shuttle service.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was average hotel bed, and the A/C worked great. I would stay here again. Special thanks to Kim and Shanna for all the help.

Clean and friendly service. I was blown away with how much we got for the price we paid. Breakfast had an awesome selection. Definitely will be making Hampton Inn my go to hotel choice for all my travel needs. My only issue was obtaining my digital key. I thought I could check in, get my digital key, And just walk staright into my room like I have at previous hotels. All seemed to go well, but received a message stating I needed to visit the front desk before getting my digital key. Not a big deal, but for individuals visiting for one night, visiting the front desk first makes the digital keys pointless seeing they will just give you card keys anyways.
