The staff are very helpful and their professionalism goes far beyond. Everyone their including security and the front office ladies have so much compassion. Samuel CAP Community Action Program has a office inside pa careerlink every Tuesday 1016 North Charlotte Street Lancaster. And she is there just for utility help. she is there most of the day on Tuesdays I believe she gets there at 10 and I'm sure she's there most of the day till like 4 or 4:30. Bring your utility bill.
Classes are offered here through IU13. For requirements and schedule, you can call 717-606-1364. For other training programs, you would want to register to a Welcome Orientation. Hope that helps.

Carelink staffs and navigators are there to assist you with finding jobs, sending you back to school for free school to achieve success. They are very friendly and helpful to everyone. They encouraged you to get your future career opportunities skills on the right path in the positive ways. They are generous and kind genuine in their access of future goals. They assist you on their computer with filling your unemployment benefits.They sent you jobs areas on your computer to full up and do a follow-up for you with all the employers and companies to encourage them to employ you when you a career navigators. They are many companies and agencies that trust them to get the best job you are looking for. They teach you how to improve your resume, interview , signature letters, computer skills,and other important information for you present and future reference goals. They are incredible intelligent and extremely excellent in all to advance for life to a better life. They are the best.
