Never understood why this is a natl chain, donuts are thick, dense, cakey, low glaze, strange flavor. 🤷‍♀️ Idk...just meh. Maybe personal preference of light, airy, melt in your mouth donuts.

I order a frappe and the lady misunderstood me and gave me a iced coffee. Instead of her making my order right she had felt more of the need to fuss and argued with me about how wrong I was about the order I have made at that time the manager walked up and fixed my order but it still wasn't right so I just took it and left to keep confusion down and plus they had other customers in line I don't understand why she felt she had to win a argument about my order .... so if you go there be ready for a good fight if your order is not right....i just can't believe that happened to me i don't want to even go back anymore
