Service was amazing! Our meals tasted great but, didnt enjoy our food dripping with liquid sauce. 😒

Short wait to be seated which we expected but after placing our orders over the next hour we watched the table 2 over order half the menu with a diet coke, then get their food and then finish as we received our food. I got the chicken parm with Spaghetti and my partner got the chicken carbonara. Both of our pastas smelled very sweet, something I was told meant the pasta had gone bad in my time as a prep cook. Chicken was over cooked and rubbery and the dim lighting did a good job of hiding the pool of oil that was in the dish. Front of house staff was apologetic and comped our meals as we didn't really touch them. Over all staff handled the situation well but I'm left hungrier than when I came in and dealing with an upset stomach

Food is very good but the last 3 times I’ve been here with family it has taken way too long to get food… tough to bring kids here for that reason
