Went in there without the usual guy at the front counter and they did absolutely nothing they were asked of. When I realized it the next day I had to fight for it to be done right.. I take pictures of my wheels or mark them before visiting any tire shop and they fought me on the work they did til I pulled out the pictures proving my case and even after they finally did what I originally wanted I feel my tires were not balanced even though I paid for it.. I could tell as soon as I hit the highway so I had to pay another shop to balance the two wheels they had off because I wasn't going back just to have another confrontation with the employees when the main guy isn't there
