The dentist was not gentle when he got my X-rays and made me tear up when he shoved it in my mouth. Then he threw it on the tray, announced I had a cavity and left the room. Then without talking any further to me they proceeded to hand me a $1700 quote after taking one X-ray and not examining my mouth. Poor service and terrible prices. Never going back.

The manger of this place is HORRIBLE. I honestly think she’s racist & discriminates against people of color. Her attitude is TERRIBLE and she talks to people as if you’re beneath her. She canceled my orthodontic plan I had for my braces & had my signature FORGED on a paper I had never seen and tried to explain that to her. She even pulled out one of the papers I had filled out previously and the handwritings didn’t match and she STILL proceeded in ending my plan. Asker her for her bosses number and she started yelling and even tried to call the police on me. I wouldn’t recommend using the bathroom at this place. KAYLA YOU ARE A TERRIBLE PERSON.

I had a routine root canal approximately one month ago. My gums around the area of the root canal begin to be sensitive. I made an appointment About a week ago at Castle dentist in Eastgate loop. Upon my arrival I had to wait for an extended amount of time before being seen. The Dentist finally arrive took one minute or less looking at my gum area and stated that there was nothing wrong and I need a crown on the next tooth.. I question him about the tooth and he told me there was nothing wrong and to just get a crown and everything will be OK. Approximately three days later not only was my gum area hurting but my entire tooth begin to throb with pain … I called castle on Friday afternoon and they would do anything for me until Monday they left me a patient hurting for an entire weekend until Monday… These people should not be in Business……

I have had the best experience with Dr. Harris and his staff! Sam at the front desk is the sweetest and so informative. She was so helpful and helped me understand everything. Sarah is so sweet and easy to make conversation with! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. Dr. Harris listened to my concerns and told me what I needed done first and reassured me that in the end I would be happy. Super pleased with everyone in the office and look forward to completing my dental plan to get the smile I want!!!
