Do not use this company!! Worst company I have ever seen. Really bad customer service 😡 I called 2 times and the 2 times they had a really bad attitude. My teenager called them too in a respectful way and the lady just ignored him. My son and my husband when to pick up our truck and they said a (civil) armed man approached them while they were waiting outside and they made them feel very uncomfortable. Do not use this company, they are very rude and racist. They always serve you with a despotic manner. My husband and son were waiting outside this place and a man with a gun came up to them and made them feel very upset.

I contacted this company at 7:45 in the morning to request a tow and was told the driver would be here in 1 to 1.5 hrs. Call them back at 11:00 was told they were super busy but I was 3rd in line should be soon. At 2:30 they said they were fairly certain they could have my truck to the repair shop before it closed at 6:00 but wouldn’t guarantee it. At no point did I receive a call to explain what was going on or receive any communication from the company at all. They are the worst towing company I have ever seen.
