Stop following your trucker GPS when you get off the exit. Use Google maps on your phone but use common sense. There will be one turn that is out of the truck route so ignore that one and continue straight, it will reroute correctly. There are two parking lots that are close to the address, it is the first one you approach on the left. It is in the back corner with the address above the dock door. If you sleep here overnight you will have to move for the trash truck if you are close to the dock. Quick unload.

A little tricky at first to get to the loading dock. If you use the app called "what3words". Type in "pepper.compressor.anchorman". It will take you straight to the loading dock. And you just ring the bell at the door for service.
