They do not cover warranty issues. We purchased several panels and 2 have gel related issues and they are now throwing blame in installers with 15 years experience. We are not you basic homeowner with zero experience . Do not by from them. You will be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buy American Switchglass or DG Glass products as they will warranty the product!

Insulated Glass Unit - For exterior use. Examples: exterior residence, exterior commercial
Tempered is stronger than annealed. You would want tempered glass for movable windows and doors. Annealed for stationary interior windows.
Glass that has been toughened or laminated
The busbar is laminated between the glass for added protection from the elements.
The busbar is where the electrical connects in order to power the liquid crystal film.
When the film is powered "On" you will be able to see through the glass but when powered "Off" the glass will be obscured.
To rejuvenate the liquid crystals
