Don't understand it myself , and they always go up where you can't afford to live there. I have been trying to get a apartment myself, but it went up by the time they gave me a call.
It is a 55 and up community that is based on income.
Sometimes
you would have to ask the apartment complex. The Pinnacle is one of the nicer 55 and older facilities.
