The fact that I am unable to order a simple plug for my vacuum pump from you guys or anyone is mind boggling your company is garbage.

Excellent customer service! I had to deal with repairing an old pump and going through a return process, and the employees at Edward's were happy to help with every step along the way.

No im pretty sure they are the only production facility of Edwards and the only branch in the United States even

You have to work through the temping agency Aerotek google them if you want .I worked there as a electrical assembler before through Aerotek have a good day and good luck with life
