great experience with staff! Nefe was super sweet and helped us out a lot and made the experience we had here unforgettable. Definitely plan on being a return customer and I'm even more satisfied as it was my first time in a Dunkin Donuts :)

Went this morning to find only one employee working the whole store at peak time. This is unacceptable. While he was very patient and handling the busy store better than I could have, I think he was rushing through orders which made the quality of my order suffer. I waited 30 minutes for coffee that I dumped down the sink. I hope a manager sees this and schedules more than 1 employee per shift!!

These clowns are laughing and goofing around behind the counter while the line stacks up and people walk out, out of frustration and exasperation. Fire these immature, unprofessional clowns and replace them with people that respect their employment and their client base.
