My husband and I order out from here 2-3 times a month. When our relatives come to visit they always request a visit as well. Our current favorite dish is the Buffalo mac and cheese but we also love the chicken parm and so many combinations of the build your own. Ordering online and picking up has always been very easy/reliable and the food is always fresh. The pasta is house made and you can really taste the difference from box pasta you would make at home - it is better than $25+ dishes I have had at sit down restaurants. I’ve noticed some people complain about the wait or order at the window model in other reviews— I would suggest ordering online in advance and parking in the back to avoid the busy road for the best experience.

Italian beef sandwich was amazing and the kids loved the homemade Mac and cheese! Will definitely come back next time we're in Nashville.

Not very impressed. 2 sandwiches basically cost $30. Took 30 minutes to make them. I asked for giardanara on the side. They gave it to me on the side, but then they also put it all over the sandwich, which I didn't want. And then? I dunno. The sandwiches were just... alright. They weren't that warm, and the fries tasted like they'd been sitting out for a bit. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I'm not really that interested in spending that much for what I don't perceive as a good value, and I certainly don't want to be subjected to another 30 minute wait for food that was just "alright".

I ordered the spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatballs and it was probably the worst pasta dish I've had the misfortune of trying. The meatballs were overly salted and the marinara sauce tasted no different than Ragu you'd buy from Walmart. I would not order this meal for $5 let alone the $15 I paid for the dish. I feel scammed, and I also have an upset stomach. There are very few things that would convince me to eat here again. Unless I was looking for an excuse to leave work early. $15 doesn't seem that bad when you put it like that.
