Visited 6/4/22 This was a whim visit, the place appeared clean, it was almost empty but it was about 2pm. The music playing wasn’t Italian. Surprisingly the pasta was good. It did have a bit of aftertaste but it wasn’t bad, I did keep eating. I couldn’t figure out the aftertaste. Bathroom door was dirty, but overall it was clean.

My husband and I had dinner here last night and we were very pleased. Our server, Maricar was excellent. She was attentive and even though we were there not long before closing, she did not make us feel as if she was rushing us out. When I asked for a container for my leftovers and then asked for a disposable fork since we don’t have any at the hotel, she was thoughtful enough to point out that the container was not microwaveable and offered me a paper plate to take back to the hotel as well. I really appreciated that. I was very pleased with my carbonara gnocchi. I had added spinach and shrimp and though it was good, it was not necessary to add the shrimp. The pancetta added plenty of flavor. If I were to order it again I would leve the shrimp out. We had the bread pudding as well and it was too sweet for our taste (but some people might like it that way) but it was also over cooked on one side so we didn’t enjoy it but maybe it was just a bad batch. Overall we were pleased with our experience and would recommend this place.

Did you know that right here in Donelson you can enjoy great food & beer/wine on an outdoor Patio?! I can’t decide if their Chicken Piccata or this New Arugula Salad with Grilled Chicken, Goat Cheese, Fresh Strawberries & Honey Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar dressing is my favorite!

The food and service here is unmatched! I was looking for a restaurant to host a team dinner (22) and the owner was above accommodating. He stayed in contact with me from the day I reserved to the day of the dinner. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I'd come back, no questions! Thank you for a wonderful evening!
