My opinion this credit union has a lot to learn. CUTX or Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union would be far better choices before using this Credit Union. I had the displeasure of working with Mary as my Loan Officer. She explained to me that she has more experience as a loan officer than I am old. Oddly enough I use to work as a loan officer and I have not ever nor would I ever speak to a client in the way in which she spoke towards me. I am a client with a Tier 1+ Credit Rating being explained to how credit works and how I should go about managing my score. Rude and honestly a waste of time. If you have the income and credit please SEEK ELSEWHERE for your financial needs.
